01 — Meditation Coaching

My meditation training revolves around the teachings that there are four basic styles of meditation and each unique individual has a propensity toward one style which creates the most harmony, growth, and clarity for them. I help you navigate through these four styles to find the meditation style just right for you.

02 — Breathwork Coaching

Breathing is an automatic function of being alive, but did you ever consider that you can manipulate your breath to affect how you live and what you can accomplish in your life. Breathwork coaching teaches you how to breathe in a way that allows you to live more fully and create mental, physical and spiritual growth. Therapeutic Breathwork, which is the main healing modality that I use with clients is a more intense breathing technique that allows you to go deeeper and see results faster.

03 — Group Work

Our world is a different place right now. We are isolating more often, avoiding activities we used to participate in and that is causing emotional strain, which ultimately affects our physical health. Trying something new can be better in groups. Whether you have a group of friends looking for healthy ways to connect or you are an organization or business looking for healthy ways to deal with the emotional stress of the last couple of years, I can design an experience to learn, grow and flourish together.
